'WholeSpoon originated from an aspiration: to share true Neapolitan pizza with Viale Europa, 5. Established by the Rossi kin in 1985, this pizzeria began as a quaint family-owned spot, preserving recipes that have been passed through the family.
Marco Rossi, the person who first conceived our vision, acquired the skills of pizza crafting after exploring Italy and learning from celebrated pizza artisans in Naples, where pizza was first imagined. Having returned to the UK, she aimed to recreate the enchanting experience of Italian pizza, employing age-old techniques and sourcing only the most exquisite ingredients.
Starting as a cozy 12-seat eatery, we have expanded into a cherished community fixture, yet our dedication to excellence and genuineness has remained steadfast. We continue to employ traditional wood-fired ovens, make our dough from scratch daily, and procure the best ingredients possible.
'WholeSpoon is still in the hands of the Rossi family lineage with the second generation now steering our dedicated crew. Even though we've adopted certain contemporary advancements, the essence of our trade has consistently been about crafting luscious, bona fide pizza that unites folks.
